The risk of using your business email

We communicate with you using the email associated with your member portal, it's possible your employer gave us your business email when they first set up your account.  That's fine while you work for them, but what if you leave?  

It's possible you won't get annual statements, or a leaver's communication or be advised of retirement options as you approach the age of 55 years old. As well as this, you may not be able to access your online portal as easily if you keep your business email instead of your personal email address.

Please update your email with a personal email address

When you first log into your member portal please replace the business email address with your Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or other personal email address. If you ever stop using that email address for whatever reason, please remember to update your Smart Pension account to reflect this.
