Your account name is a name or number we use to identify the employer who enrolled you in a Smart Pension scheme.

You can find your account name at the top of most emails we've sent you. It also makes up the first part of the URL you see when you're signed into your account.

If you don't know your account name, enter the email address associated with your Smart Pension account on this page, and we'll send you a link to sign in.

Once you've signed in, make a note of the first part of the URL you see – this is your account name. 

Can I change my account name?

If you're an employee, your account name is connected to the company that enrolled you with Smart Pension, and you can't change it.

If you're an administrator of a Smart Pension employer account, you can change the account name in the Company details section, when you're signed in as an employer.
