List your employees

See how to list all employees in your pension scheme

To list the employees in your pension scheme:

  1. Sign into your Smart Pension employer account

  2. Click Menu from the top-right hand corner, then Scheme Setup

  3. On the Scheme Setup page, click Employees

You'll now see a list of the employees for your pension scheme. 

On employee page you can:

  • create new employee records

  • access individual employee details

  • bulk update contributions

  • postpone employees joining the scheme
