How to contact Smart Pension member support

If you have any questions about your pension or how to use Smart Pension, you’ll almost always find the answer on our member support page.

If you can't find the answer you’re looking for, our Support Team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

You can contact them by:

  • live chat – click the small blue circle icon in the bottom right of the page to speak to a member of the team. The team will respond to your queries as quickly as possible, usually within a few minutes, but please be aware they may need to look at your individual circumstances before giving you information or answering queries.

  • contact form – get in touch through our contact form at Our support team will respond within 3 to 5 working days.

  • phone – call us on 0333 666 2626. At busier times, you’ll be asked to leave a voicemail with your full name, company name, and contact number so we can get back to you.
